BIG Content Recovery SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by BIG Content Recovery to customers who voluntarily provide a mobile phone number and consent to receive informational text messages.

Program Description

BIG Content Recovery may send SMS messages related to requested or active services, including appointment scheduling, pack-out updates, cleaning and restoration updates, electronics, textile, artwork or document processing, storage, delivery, pack-back scheduling, insurance or project-status information, and customer service communications.

Message Frequency & Charges

Message frequency varies depending on the nature and duration of your project. Message and data rates may apply. BIG Content Recovery does not charge for these messages, but standard charges from your wireless carrier may apply.

Consent

Participation in the BIG Content Recovery SMS program is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from BIG Content Recovery.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time. Some BIG Content Recovery messages may be sent through a one-way messaging system and replies may not be monitored.

To stop receiving SMS messages, call 844-746-4244 or email office@werbigcr.com and request removal from text communications.

Privacy

BIG Content Recovery uses customer information only as reasonably necessary to provide services, communicate with customers, and operate its business.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
